Our original supplier of carob suffered a catastrophic fire last year which has meant we have had to find an alternative manufacturer. This has taken a few months but I am pleased to say that Siesta carob is now back on line with a new Vegan recipe which now contains Inulin instead of soya. The taste of the carob is now creamier and has a softer texture. We hope that you will enjoy the new recipe which is now available in Natural, Orange and Mint flavours as before.
