Vegan Chocolate Tiffin
Why not try making this easy Christmas Treat
Why not go all out and treat yourself to these vegan chocolate tiffin slices, the great taste of chocolate, raisins and biscuit. Be warned: they won't last long, kids love it!

  • 4oz/114g marg (dairy free) 
  • 3-4 oz/ 85-114g sultanas
  • 2 tbsp of golden syrup
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 8.5 oz/245g D&D choc drops
  • 8oz/227g rich tea biscuits

Making Vegan tiffin
Melt the dairy free spread.
Stir in the cocoa


Now contiunue to stir in sultanas, golden syrup and caster sugar
In a bowl break up the biscuits into small pieces. 
Add the melted mixture to the biscuits. Stir well until everything is thoroughly coated. 
Ready to cut vegan tiffin
Gently melt your d&d chocolate drops and pour over your flat biscuit mix.
Mixture finished
Flatten the biscuit mixture in to a brownie/high sided baking tray. 

Ready to cut vegan tiffin
Put in fridge until set. 
Cut in to small squares and enjoy.
