Cancelling your Order
Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund you must confirm this to us within 14 days from the day after delivery to you.

Validity Period of Offer and Prices

Our definition of the United Kingdom includes the whole of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland including mainland and all islands including the Channel Islands
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service. All products leave our premises in perfect condition.
As with any shipment, a delay or loss of goods is possible. In such a case, the carrier shall start an investigation.
All our chocolate products are despatched in perfect condition and we take the utmost care in wrapping them. But if any items are unfortunately damaged in transit by circumstances beyond our control, you can return them to us at the address above and once we have received the item we will refund the full purchase cost of that item or send out a replacement by return and refund postage costs incurred.
