D & D Chocolates are made to the very highest standard and are produced in a unit using our own dedicated moulds. The line is isolated from any other products being produced in the factory at the same time.
NUT ALLERGIES
Although every care is taken to ensure that D & D Chocolate products are nut free I would like to draw your attention to the fact that although the ingredients of our Dark Couverture Chocolate bars and and novelties contain no nuts these products are manufactured for us on premises which deal with nut products and therefore may contain nut traces.

LEMON CREAMS:

Fondant (sugar, glucose, water) natural Lemon Paste (Lemon extracts, sorbitol
syrup E420, ethyalcohol, thickening agent E415, acidifier citric acid E330)
