D & D Chocolates produce the Siesta range of hand made carob products. Our carob products are produced to a high standard using

- Non-hydrogenated vegetable fat
- No added sugar or sweeteners
- Free from GM products
- No nuts or fruit products
- No dairy products
These products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians as well as people who suffer with allergic reactions to sugar or cocoa.
NUT ALLERGIES
D&D Chocolates has a nut free environment unit at Nuneaton. We do not store nuts or use nuts in any of our carob products. However we cannot guarantee (like most manufacturers) how the product is stored or shipped and that it does not contain nut traces from source of supply.

emulsifier – soya lecithin and flavouring natural vanilla
When producing our Orange carob confectionery we use oil of orange (0.3%) and in our Peppermint carob confectionery we use oil of Peppermint (0.3%) flavourings.
